Update moment. We are so far from done but it’s going incredibly well..

Also I saw this video about bartering and I am actually in love with this concept so here are some trades I’d accept if u don’t want to spend money:

-clothes/shoes
-art
-jewelry
-language lessons
-Edit my videos
-candles
-Art supplies
-Food
-flowers (only peonies or roses tho)
-concert tickets or like any cool event
-Vape/cigarettes lmao
-furniture (moving back to LA soon EEEKKKK)
-purses
-help me get tasks done like be my personal assistant for a day hahahha

Ok guys I have a bit of a different post..

I have literally been losing my mind. I tried at least 10 different pieces and hated all of them.

I was SO frustrated bc I was like art is such a huge part of my identity WHY is this not working?? I’ve had many ideas, so much inspo, but it just seemed like everything I did was a flop so here is some advice…

1. I was like girl take a break.. just breathe.
2. Looked at dif art accounts. I have had so many baes reach out and say I have inspired them!! Go look at what inspires u.
3. I looked at my progress. Just a year ago I have improved so much it’s unreal. Baby cat would be amazed at what we are doing now!!
4. Tried diff mediums. Like haven’t touched watercolor in a while this could be cool.
5. Doodle! Just started randomly drawing diff funky guys. And I was like I’m having the time of my life. Not everything has to be a masterpiece.
6. Stop comparing yourself to other artists. I felt so much pressure to post post post. And I was like hold on a sec. This is not why u create. It makes u happy!!! The second you start doing this for others game over😐

Ps.. the book that keeps me going is “Regina’s big mistake” fave picture book that I highly recommend any artist at any age read.
